Return Policy

At Whitfield London, we do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and the original hangtag still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted, but extended wear is not.

Purchasing multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Procedure

Please notify us of your return request by email at info@whitfieldlondon.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

You will then receive the return address of our supplier, located in China.

Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs or transportation charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace), as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are only issued for items returned in their original condition, with the original hangtag still attached. Items returned without the original hangtag are not eligible for a refund.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided to the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
